The first two images were taken from the water on June 6, 1999.
Here, the L-Shape of the structure is apparent. Note the riprap near the water line. This riprap was put down between 1903 and 1906.
From a little further south. Note the small brick oil house on the right..
The following images were taken on land, January 1, 1999.
The lighthouse is at the end of the peninsula, formerly an island, in the background. It's a long walk, especially on a cold and very windy day.

The lighthouse doorway. All doors and windows are cemented closed. Note the damage from vandals.
